5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment through the courier’s website or app.
6. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Changes can be made only before dispatch. Once shipped, the parcel cannot be redirected.
7. Transit Delays
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Delays may occur due to high-volume
periods, customs processes, or external factors such as weather conditions. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible.
If already received, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
For lost shipments, contact us promptly so we can launch an investigation with the courier.
AYQONA is not liable for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed to the
courier, but we will support you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
