AYQONA – Return & Exchange Policy
At AYQONA, every abaya is produced in limited quantities and finished by hand. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We provide a replacement only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, subject to the conditions below:
Conditions for Replacement
You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume or deodorant scents, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
A clear photo or video of the defect must be sent to: info@ayqona.com along with your order number.
Our Quality Control Team will review the case and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
If approved, AYQONA will provide a replacement of the same design (subject to availability).
If the item is out of stock, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
Minor variations in embroidery, beading, or other hand-finished details.
Slight differences in color due to screen displays, lighting, or device settings.
Natural fabric characteristics such as slight texture variations or minor irregularities.
Any damage caused by wear, misuse, improper care, incorrect storage, or attempts to alter or repair the garment.
Choosing the wrong size, length, or preferring a different color/design after purchase.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Made-to-measure or custom abayas are not eligible for replacement unless an evident production fault is confirmed by our Quality Control Team.
Shipping & Handling
If a replacement is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, AYQONA will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
If the product is returned to us but is found not to have a manufacturing defect, or does not meet the conditions stated above, the item will be sent back to you, and the shipping cost may be charged to the customer.
