Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time 

All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or during UAE public holidays will be handled on the next working day. 

Domestic Delivery (United Arab Emirates) 

Once processed, domestic delivery generally takes 1–2 business days. 

For remote or outlying UAE locations, delivery may take up to 3 business days. 

Standard shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. 

GCC Delivery (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) 

Shipping to GCC countries typically takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. 

Delivery charges vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. 

International Delivery 

AYQONA ships worldwide from Dubai. 

International delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and dimensions. 

Customs duties, taxes, or any other import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Tracking & Notifications 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment through the courier’s website or app. 

Changes to Delivery Address 

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Changes can be made only before dispatch. Once shipped, the parcel cannot be redirected. 

Transit Delays 

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Delays may occur due to high-volume periods, customs processes, or external factors such as weather conditions. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. 

If already received, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. 

For lost shipments, contact us promptly so we can launch an investigation with the courier. 

AYQONA is not liable for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed to the courier, but we will support you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
